If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your recent order, we will gladly accept returns of items that are in their original condition, with original tags and packaging, within 21 days of the shipping date on your invoice. Returned items must not be washed, worn or altered. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified on the return/exchange form. Your account will be credited for the original amount that was paid for the merchandise, less shipping fees, upon processing of the returned item(s). The credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.
Before returning an item
Please contact us providing us with details of your exchange or refund request. Customers are required to contact us via email to submit a return or exchange request. Whereupon we will send you a returns address. As soon as we receive the item(s), we will then process your exchange or refund. If you ship your return without first receiving an approval email the processing of your return may be delayed and we may be unable to track/process your return. Once we receive the garment, we will issue a full refund, or issue an exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. when returning items you should consider using a trackable shipping service as we are unable to accept responsibility for returned items that are lost in transit, return shipping costs are non-refundable.
